Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are pleased to offer a refund on any unopened hair extensions within 7 days after you have received your order. Wigs are not included in our refund policy. However we are happy to make any necessary changes to your hair extension order. We have very low return rates and take pride in our customers purchasing the high quality human hair extensions we offer.
You must contact us first before returning your package at info@dazzlingduchesswigs.co.uk within the 7 day return period. We understand that there may be cases in which you need to exchange or return your order, we are happy to take returns and exchanges on orders that have not been opened, worn, used , combed through or tampered with.
All Custom wig orders are final and cannot be returned. Standard processing time for all custom units are 7-14 working days. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
